How can I add external charges to a folio?

To add an external charge to a folio:

1. In the menu navigate to Folio and select it
2. Type in partial folio number, guest name, email etc and select search button
3. Scroll down list of folios and select folio
4. Select Adjust button
5. Type in required information and select Confirm button

New external charge will appear in folio
