How can I lookup a loyalty member?

To Lookup a loyalty member:

1. Navigate in the menu to Folio and select it
2. On the Folio screen navigate to the search box and enter the guest’s name
3. Select the “Search” button
4. Navigate to the guest and select it
5. On the guest’s folio page navigate to the Loyalty search icon and select it
