How can I create a based on rate?

To create a based on rate:

1. In the menu, under Property Setup tap or click on My Property
2. Tap or click on the Prices sub-menu item
3. From the Prices page, tap or click on “New Price”
4. In the Based On section of the New Pricing screen, start typing the Based on Price to base the new rate on
5. Tap or click on the Based On dropdown to select the type of Based On (percentage, daily, stay, add flat amount, subtract flat amount)
6. Fill in other required information and tap or click “Create”
