How can I find an existing guest profile at check-in?

To find an existing Guest Profile at check-in:

1. On the homepage navigate to the “Find guest, reservation, room..” search box
2. Type in the guest’s or group’s name, a drop down with all Profiles that match will appear
3. Select the name that matches the Profile from the drop down list
